Many citizens throughout the United States are faced with the barrier of employment due to previous criminal convictions. As a result many are struggling to find employment lead a fulfilling life and support their families. This is why events such as the Second Chance Job Fair are important to help our fellow American citizens get back on track and explore the world of work. This event was an amazing opportunity for us to meet and greet so many individuals who were eager, excited and ready to get back into the workforce. We offered free resume and cover page templates, opportunities for professional training and development, whilst stressing the importance of interview preparation.
